About Your New Company
Our client is a leading Irish construction contractor/developer with a strong pipeline of major residential and commercial projects across the Greater Dublin Area.
They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of major construction projects.
About Your New Role
You will take overall responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with the commercial, engineering, design and site teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall project delivery and management
- Managing programme, cost, quality and safety
- Leading project teams and subcontractors
- Managing client and consultant relationships
- Reviewing construction programmes and project milestones
- Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
- Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance
- Managing design coordination and technical issues
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the required standards
- Reporting regularly to senior management
What You Will Need
- 7+ years' construction experience
- Proven Project Management experience with a main contractor/developer
- Strong experience delivering large-scale construction projects
- Excellent programme and project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant construction qualification
