Our client is a leading specialist contractor operating within the façade, precast concrete and building envelope sector. With a strong reputation for delivering complex and architecturally significant projects across Ireland and the UK, they continue to grow through repeat business, technical expertise and a commitment to quality.
Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in North Dublin.
Your New Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from contract award through to final handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with design, commercial and construction teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholder relationships and drive successful project outcomes across multiple live projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects through the full lifecycle from contract award to final handover
- Leading project planning and coordinating internal design, surveying and construction teams
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets and delivery schedules
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
- Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensuring project milestones are achieved and accurately recorded
- Providing regular progress updates to senior management and project stakeholders
- Driving commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveying teams
What You'll Need
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within construction
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Asta or similar planning software
- Experience within facades, cladding, precast concrete, building envelope or related sectors would be highly advantageous
