About Your New Role
Seeking experienced and talented Project Managers to join their high-performing project teams in the Leinster region. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring your team delivers on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and updating construction programmes and meeting key milestones
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring your project team
- Managing project resources, costs, and quality over the lifecycle
- Implementing a strong safety culture on site
- Maintaining positive client relationships and keeping stakeholders informed
What You Will Need
- Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects, including General Contracting (New Build) and Fit-Out projects
- Experience in Design and Build projects
- Strong technical skills, numeracy, and report writing abilities
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and manage complex projects
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with cost-effective problem-solving capabilities
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
