About Your New Role

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final handover. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, and overall project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

Working closely with site managers, subcontractors, design teams, and clients, you will act as the central point of control, driving progress, managing risk, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out or interior construction

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and finishes

  • Experience managing programmes, budgets, and subcontractor performance

  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client expectations

  • Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving ability

  • Relevant construction or engineering qualification

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and contract administration
