About Your New Job

• As the HSE Lead, you will provide expert local advice and support to managers and staff, ensuring all safety responsibilities are met to industry-leading standards.
• You will maintain close working relationships with business teams to ensure the effective implementation of the Group Safety Management System.
• You will participate in the appointment and training of competent persons in key safety roles, ensuring their needs are identified and addressed.
• Your role involves establishing and monitoring risk assessment systems, managing safety procedures for lifting operations, temporary works, inductions, emergencies, and more.
• You will help set up and maintain safety committees and ensure proactive risk management for third parties and contractors.
• You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Safety Management System, keep up-to-date with health and safety regulations, and liaise with key safety organisations.
• You will ensure effective accident and incident investigations, deliver HSE performance reports, and maintain open communication across all levels within the organisation.

What Skills You Need

• Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry preferably within the Data Centre industry.
• Must to eligible to work in Europe.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
