About Your New Job

You will also work closely with site teams to resolve issues and maintain high standards across all live projects.

This position offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is visible and valued, and where you can directly influence project outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a construction environment (e.g. site admin, project coordination or similar)
  • A strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and on-site processes
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
  • A full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

What You Will Get in Return

In return, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000.
  • A balanced Monday to Friday working week with flexibility once established in the role
  • Company fuel card and expenses in line with role requirements
  • The opportunity to join a growing and reputable business
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Exposure to a wide variety of projects and full project lifecycle involvement
  • Clear opportunities for career progression and role development
