About Your New Job
As Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of projects by acting as the key link between Head Office and Site Teams. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will support projects from tender stage through to completion, ensuring accurate information flow and effective coordination across all stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role combining office-based coordination (approximately 90%) with regular site visits (10%). You will be responsible for tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, supporting tendering activities, and assisting with health & safety compliance. You will also work closely with site teams to resolve issues and maintain high standards across all live projects.

What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a construction environment (e.g. site admin, project coordination or similar)
- A strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and on-site processes
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
- A full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
