- As Team Leader, you will guide one or more production areas to make sure everything runs smoothly during your shift.
- You will help your team reach daily goals for making products, check quality, and keep records up to date.
- You will encourage your team to work better and smarter, leading meetings and giving feedback.
- You will help train team members and work with other departments to fix any problems quickly and keep equipment running well.
What Skills You Need
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a busy factory or repair setting.
- Experience in managing people and driving improvements.
- Strong understanding of LEAN techniques (like Kaizen or TPM).
- Education in supervisory management (certificate, diploma, degree, or similar experience).
- Flexibility to work 2-cycle shifts.
