Team Leader – Production (2-Cycle Shift)

About Your New Job

  • As Team Leader, you will guide one or more production areas to make sure everything runs smoothly during your shift.
  • You will help your team reach daily goals for making products, check quality, and keep records up to date.
  • You will encourage your team to work better and smarter, leading meetings and giving feedback.
  • You will help train team members and work with other departments to fix any problems quickly and keep equipment running well.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a busy factory or repair setting.
  • Experience in managing people and driving improvements.
  • Strong understanding of LEAN techniques (like Kaizen or TPM).
  • Education in supervisory management (certificate, diploma, degree, or similar experience).
  • Flexibility to work 2-cycle shifts.
