IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT FOR PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
About the Company
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within a highly regulated GMP environment. They are focused on operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across their production function.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining full compliance with cGMP and Health & Safety standards. This is an initial 6-month contract with strong exposure to a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Production Team Leader Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Set and track production KPIs, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, validation requirements, and Health & Safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage production staff, including oversight of training and performance management.
- Liaise with Planning, QA, Validation, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly production reports to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of cGMP and production compliance standards
- Immediate requirement – 6-month initial contract.
