As Recruitment Manager for the Midlands Division at Sigmar Recruitment, I lead the delivery of permanent, contract, and temporary hiring solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions. With over 14 years’ experience, I partner with organisations across the Midlands to secure high-impact talent, from critical project hires through to senior and executive appointments.

I work closely with engineering, production, and manufacturing businesses—both established and scaling—helping them navigate talent shortages and build high-performing teams. Alongside this, I specialise in senior HR recruitment, supporting strategic hires that strengthen organisational capability.

My team and I focus on engineering and technical recruitment within industrial and manufacturing environments, delivering roles across mechanical, electrical, process engineering, and leadership positions, as well as providing flexible temporary resources to support operational demands.

We also support key commercial functions, including supply chain, HR, and finance, partnering with SMEs and multinationals alike. Our approach is consultative and insight-led, ensuring we understand each client’s structure, culture, and growth plans to deliver talent that drives long-term success.
