As Recruitment Manager for the Midlands Division at Sigmar Recruitment, I specialise in connecting businesses across the region with high-quality talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Finance and Supply Chain. With over 14 years’ recruitment experience, I have developed a strong network across the Midlands and work closely with both SMEs and multinational organisations to support their permanent, contract and temporary hiring requirements. 

I manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding a client’s hiring needs and market challenges through to sourcing, screening and securing the right talent. My approach is consultative and relationship-led, with a strong focus on understanding each organisation, its culture and longer-term plans.

Alongside managing the Midlands division, I remain hands-on in recruitment and specialise particularly in Engineering, Manufacturing and senior HR appointments.
