Production Planner

Location: Galway | Full-time | On-site

About Your New Job

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in managing and controlling production scheduling within our regulated manufacturing environment. 

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for manufacturing and assembly operations based on current requirements
  • Initiate and oversee production orders within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
  • Organize and sequence floor activities to support timely completion of manufacturing tasks
  • Track and manage progress of ongoing production activities
  • Supervise inventory replenishment processes using lean methodologies
  • Monitor the status of items processed by external service providers
  • Uphold accurate production records and ensure data integrity within planning systems

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in Production Planning and Scheduling
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and production traceability
  • ERP/MRP system expertise
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills across Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics
