About Your New Job
As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in managing and controlling production scheduling within our regulated manufacturing environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for manufacturing and assembly operations based on current requirements
- Initiate and oversee production orders within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Organize and sequence floor activities to support timely completion of manufacturing tasks
- Track and manage progress of ongoing production activities
- Supervise inventory replenishment processes using lean methodologies
- Monitor the status of items processed by external service providers
- Uphold accurate production records and ensure data integrity within planning systems
What Skills You Need
- 3+ years’ experience in Production Planning and Scheduling
- Experience in medical device manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and production traceability
- ERP/MRP system expertise
- Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills across Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics
