About Your New Job

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in managing and controlling production scheduling within our regulated manufacturing environment. You will translate confirmed demand into detailed production plans, ensuring full visibility of subassemblies, work-in-progress (WIP), and externally processed products (such as sterilization cycles). Demand planning and customer communication are managed by the Supply Chain team, allowing you to focus on execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate confirmed demand into detailed production and subassembly schedules
  • Release and manage Work Orders in the ERP system
  • Prioritise and sequence shopfloor activities to ensure on-time completion
  • Monitor and control Work-in-Progress (WIP)
  • Oversee Kanban replenishment systems
  • Track products at external partners (e.g., sterilization providers)
  • Ensure production traceability and ERP data accuracy

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in Production Planning and Scheduling
  • Experience in regulated MedTech or Pharma manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and production traceability
  • ERP/MRP system expertise
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills across Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics
