About Your New Job
- As the Production Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing, product handling, and logistics operations, ensuring the highest levels of health & safety and product quality.
- Lead, develop, and support a high-performing production team, fostering an accountable and motivated culture aligned with company values.
- Forecast, plan, and execute production schedules to maximise efficiency and achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement teams to optimise processes and maximise output.
- Own the maintenance programme for all equipment and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will engage directly with clients on key projects when required and contribute to strategic planning and resource management.
What Skills You Need
- Third-level qualification in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team engagement and development.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, cost control, and health & safety standards.
- Experience in KPI management, continuous improvement, and driving culture change.
