About Your New Job

  • As the Production Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing, product handling, and logistics operations, ensuring the highest levels of health & safety and product quality.
  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing production team, fostering an accountable and motivated culture aligned with company values.
  • Forecast, plan, and execute production schedules to maximise efficiency and achieve commercial targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement teams to optimise processes and maximise output.
  • Own the maintenance programme for all equipment and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You will engage directly with clients on key projects when required and contribute to strategic planning and resource management.

What Skills You Need

  • Third-level qualification in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team engagement and development.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, cost control, and health & safety standards.
  • Experience in KPI management, continuous improvement, and driving culture change.
