About the Role

The Marketing Associate will support the development and execution of compliant marketing and educational materials across international markets. Working closely with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, this role will help ensure all communications meet regulatory standards while effectively engaging distributors and healthcare professionals.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility alongside collaboration with a high-performing team.

Marketing Executive responsibilities

  • Support product marketing activities in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Create, review, and localise compliant marketing and training materials
  • Coordinate with distributors and regional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Support conferences, events, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Manage digital content, marketing assets, and CRM databases
  • Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams

Candidate requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 years plus experience in product marketing within a regulated environment
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing/CRM tools
  • Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma)
  • Currently lives within a commutable distance to Athlone
