About Your New Job
Are you a Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified Accountant seeking a permanent, full-time role in Kilkenny? As part of our forward-thinking accounting team, you will:
- Review and prepare financial accounts, management accounts, and tax computations for a diverse client base including sole traders, companies, and partnerships.
- Prepare and submit statutory accounts, VAT returns, and perform bank reconciliations while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines.
- Liaise directly with clients, resolving queries, and offering advice to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with experienced partners and specialist teams on strategic projects.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that deliver outstanding service, financial advisory, and business solutions.
What Skills You Need
- CPA, ACCA, ACA qualified or part-qualified seeking an accounting job in Kilkenny.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a public practice or accounting firm environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Motivated to develop professionally and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
