About Your New Job
As a Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant based in Cavan, you will:
- Take ownership of a varied portfolio of SME clients across multiple sectors.
- Prepare financial statements for companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Assist in the preparation of income tax and corporation tax returns.
- Provide practical, solutions-focused financial advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular client meetings.
- Contribute to compliance and regulatory support for clients.
- There is the potential for involvement in audit assignments, depending on business needs.
What Skills You Need
- Accounting qualification (either fully or part qualified – ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent).
- Experience in an accountancy firm or general practice environment is desirable.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team player.
