Job Title: Part-Time QHSE Consultant / Contractor
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Consultant to provide part-time support across our clients property portfolio. The role will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, promote best practice standards, and support the continuous improvement of QHSE performance across corporate real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise management on QHSE compliance, policies, and procedures
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections across managed properties
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
Develop and update QHSE documentation and management systems
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Deliver QHSE training and toolbox talks to property and facilities teams
Liaise with external regulators, contractors, and certification bodies as required
Provide periodic performance reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Management
Proven QHSE experience within property, real estate, or facilities management sectors
Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and industry standards
Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently in a consultancy capacity
Engagement:
Part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Head of Property / Operations Director.
