Organisation & Talent Development Manager

This is a permanent role, joining a HR team of 6. 

Salary up to €80,000 plus bonus and pension and hybrid option to work one day per week from home.

About Your New Job

As the Organisation & Talent Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives to enhance effectiveness, culture, and leadership capability.
  • Build and implement learning and capability strategies, including blended learning programs for all staff levels.
  • Facilitate team development sessions, culture workshops, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through the full cycle of surveys, analysis, and action planning.
  • Develop and deliver leadership and management development pathways, including coaching and succession planning.
  • Partner with HR and Communications to support engagement, recognition, and culture-building activities.
  • Manage the Graduate Program and collaborate with external training partners to maximise development opportunities.

What Skills You Need

  • Significant experience in Organisation Development, Learning & Development, or a specialist HR development role.
  • Third-level qualification in OD, Learning, HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years’ post-qualification experience, with strong facilitation, workshop design, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement impactful training and development programmes.
  • Experience managing employee engagement surveys and supporting organisational change.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Coaching or facilitation accreditation and relevant professional membership are highly desirable.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
