Order Management Specialist (8-month contract)
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 20 to 80 accounts across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and South America, ensuring exceptional service and support across multiple regions. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening relationships, addressing client needs, and driving business growth in these key markets.
About Your New Job Order Management Specialist (8-month contract)
- Managing order entry for dealers, direct customers, and OEMs—ensuring prompt entry, necessary approvals, and resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
- Liaising with Materials, Credit, Shipping, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, and IT to ensure orders are processed accurately, timely, and in line with company policies.
- Providing dealers/customers with reliable updates regarding order status and availability.
- Building strong relationships with dealers to support new initiatives and system implementations.
- Monitoring incomplete orders and driving solutions to meet delivery requirements.
- Participating in dealer visits, sales meetings, and cross-functional process improvement teams, proactively enhancing service efficiency.
What Skills You Need
- Third-level degree required.
- Experience in Customer Service/Order Management or a related field; industry experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, with a second European language (preferably German) an advantage—other languages will be considered.
- Strong business and customer focus, with proven communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in systems (preferably Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
