Order Management Specialist (6-month contract)
Location: East Galway City
Salary: 35-40k depending on level of experience
Contract type: 6 months, option to work from home one day per week
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 20 to 80 accounts globally, ensuring exceptional service and support across multiple regions.
About Your New Job Order Management Specialist (6-month contract)
- Managing order entry—ensuring prompt entry, necessary approvals, and resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
- Liaising with Materials, Credit, Shipping, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, and IT to ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Providing customers with reliable updates regarding order status and availability.
- Building strong relationships, to support new initiatives and system implementations.
- Monitoring incomplete orders and finding solutions.
What Skills You Need
- Third-level degree is required or 2 + year's work experience within a similar Order Management environment.
- Experience in Order Management.
- Strong business and customer focus, with proven communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
