About Your New Job

  • Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Manage daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain high quality and regulatory compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, GMP, and other global standards.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate closely with Quality/Regulatory, Design Engineering, HR, Sales, and Finance to drive operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position within the medical device manufacturing industry.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, ensuring high levels of quality at all times.
  • Communication: Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong strategic and problem-solving experience with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
