About Your New Job
- As a Helpdesk Office Temp, you will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing IT issues.
- You will take incoming calls, listen to client concerns, triage their IT problems, and accurately log tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Your role will be essential in maintaining high-quality support and keeping the team running smoothly during this busy period.
What Skills You Need
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience dealing with customers over the phone.
- Good office skills (organisational abilities, data entry, IT literacy).
- Ideally, work experience within an office environment would be ideal. My client can potentially look at applicants from Retail or Hospitality, with proven experience of working with PCs/telephones within those roles.
What's on Offer
- Full-time temp assignment: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (with a 1-hour lunch break).
- Length of temp contract, one month, possibly longer.
