About Your New Job:
As the Office Administrator, you will:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate activities to support site leadership.
- Organise internal and external meetings, oversee logistics, and arrange domestic/international travel.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handle reception duties, and liaise with vendors/service providers.
- Ensure smooth office operations and workplace efficiency.
- Support HR functions including onboarding and maintaining training records, and assist with administrative processes.
- Lead the planning and execution of site events and employee activities, and support internal communications.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external vendors, supporting cross-functional needs as directed by the Site Leader.
Contract: This is a new role to the business and will be a 6 month contract initially
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon to Thurs, 8am - 1pm on Fridays
Location: On site every day, due to the nature of the role
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (desired but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
- Can-do attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
