About Your New Job
- As the Office Administrator, you will be a core member of a supportive office team, working directly with a Senior Administrator.
- Your key duties include general clerical tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, maintaining records, filing, and providing administrative support to the team.
- You’ll support smooth office operations Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours (standard 9am to 5pm—adjustments to accommodate school drop-off/childcare needs if applicable).
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in an office administration or clerical role.
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and invoice handling.
- Good organisational and communication skills; a team player who can work collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
