Office Administrator
Sligo, this role is on site with a company of 140 employees. There will be the option to work one day per week from home after probation.
Office hours, Monday to Friday.
Salary: 32-35k depending on experience.

- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including induction coordination and preparation of new starter documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, absences, and other HR documentation
- Carry out a wide range of HR administrative duties, including report preparation, form completion, leave administration, filing, and health insurance-related tasks
- Manage and distribute the company newsletter and internal HR communications.
What Skills You Need
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced Office Administration role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar related discipline would be an advantage
- Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and managers
- Able to multitask and prioritise workloads
