About Your New Job
- As an NPI Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring seamless integration of new products within high-tech manufacturing operations
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives designed to elevate quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and execute strategic engineering plans aligned with the company’s growth targets while mentoring and supporting professional development within your team
- Collaborate on automation initiatives, manage capital expenditure projects, and champion compliance across quality, regulatory, and safety domains
- Actively participate in audits, drive systemic improvements, and take part in Key Cost to Win programs to deliver successful project outcomes
What Skills You Need
- Minimum BSc in Engineering or related field (MSc preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ engineering experience, including hands-on involvement in NPI projects and manufacturing process integration
- Validation and process transfer ideally within medical devices.
- Project management experience and Lean Six Sigma qualifications are highly advantageous
- Strong track record of effective cross-functional teamwork, agile learning, and delivering measurable results in high-paced NPI environments
