About Your New Employer

 Working for an Irish owned global manufacturing and distribution group with significant market presence across multiple industry sectors.

They provide sustainable packaging solutions, supply chain services, and custom design products across Retail & Food Service, Industrial & Ecommerce, Agricultural and Hygiene & Hospitality. 

Due to success and expansion they are looking to recruit a National Account Manager to manage existing Groups at Head Office level.  This role is Nationwide but you will need to be based out of the Dublin office.

 

About your National Account Manager job

  • Develop and deliver safe, practical and cost-effective packaging solutions for pharmacies across Ireland, including independent pharmacies, pharmacy groups and multiples.
  • Manage projects from initial requirements through to implementation. Product areas include blister packs, bottles, cartons, labels and compliance packs.
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacies, pharmacy groups and other healthcare customers.
  • Coordinate packaging projects, managing specifications, timelines, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions meet medication-safety, quality, traceability and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, sustainability and cost.
  • Support customer retention, account growth and new business development.
  • Provide product guidance and training to customers, pharmacy teams and sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate customer, product and project records in line with company policies.

 

 What Skills You Need for this Key Account Manager job  

  •  A Pharmaceutical Degree is a Strong Advantage
  • Must have experience in the pharmacy sector or Account Management experience selling into Groups at Head Office level
  • You need to be innovative and come up with ideas regarding new products
  • Experience in negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of supply chain a big advantage
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to identify customer opportunities.
  • Understanding of quality, compliance and medication-safety requirements.

 

What’s on Offer

This role comes with a base salary of 80-100k along with Bonus, Car, Fuel Card, Phone and Laptop.
