Currently, the company is executing multiple large-scale projects, representing over 500 MW of IT load. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a skilled Mechanical Lead to join their dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland.
The Work
As a Mechanical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating a team of Mechanical Engineers in the delivery of essential data centre construction projects. Based in Helsinki, Finland, you will:
- Lead and manage your team to ensure successful delivery of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager, site engineers, and other leads to provide accurate technical information.
- Review drawings and specifications, addressing design errors promptly.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and project delivery.
The Person
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
- Strong leadership skills in managing MEP teams.
- Experience in delivering Data Center MEP projects.
