About The Company

Join a leading Data Centre Construction company known for delivering turnkey solutions across Europe. With headquarters in Dublin, our client is renowned for its engineering focus and has established itself as a trusted name in the industry. Currently, the company is executing multiple large-scale projects, representing over 500 MW of IT load. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a skilled Mechanical Lead to join their dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland.

The Work

As a Mechanical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating a team of Mechanical Engineers in the delivery of essential data centre construction projects. Based in Helsinki, Finland, you will:

  • Lead and manage your team to ensure successful delivery of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager, site engineers, and other leads to provide accurate technical information.
  • Review drawings and specifications, addressing design errors promptly.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and project delivery.

The Person

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing MEP teams.
  • Experience in delivering Data Center MEP projects.
