Anaëlle Mouy

I am a Recruitment Resourcer with Sigmar Recruitment, specialising in construction roles within the Dublin market. Since joining Sigmar in early 2026, I have supported both temporary and permanent hiring, working closely with consultants to source and engage high-quality candidates across a range of office support roles.

I began my career in France, where I worked as a Business Development Manager and Recruitment Consultant with Dynamic RH in Lyon. In this role, I managed the full recruitment lifecycle, combining candidate sourcing with client development across sectors including construction, industry, and business support. This experience gave me strong exposure to fast-paced, high-volume environments and helped me develop a commercially focused and relationship-driven approach.

I then moved into real estate with Orpi Caluire Bourg as a Real Estate Sales Consultant, where I developed my negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and ability to manage client relationships in a target-driven setting. This further strengthened my ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

I am fluent in both French and English, which allows me to support a diverse candidate base and contribute to multilingual hiring needs. I take a proactive and personable approach to my work and place a strong emphasis on building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

I am particularly focused on delivering a high-quality, human approach to recruitment, ensuring every interaction is efficient, thoughtful, and aligned with the needs of both clients and candidates.
