Anaëlle Mouy

I began my career in France, working as a Business Development Manager and Recruitment Consultant with Dynamic RH in Lyon. In this role, I managed the full recruitment lifecycle, combining candidate sourcing with client development across construction, industry and business support. I then moved into real estate with Orpi Caluire Bourg, where I developed my commercial awareness, negotiation skills and experience in managing client relationships.

After joining Sigmar Recruitment in early 2026, I initially worked in recruitment, supporting temporary and permanent hiring. I have since moved into the Marketing team as a Marketing Administrator, where I combine my understanding of recruitment with a focus on marketing, events and brand development.

My role covers a range of marketing activities, including creating marketing materials, developing content and supporting consultants with their own marketing initiatives. I also play an active role in organising and delivering company events, including Sigmar’s annual Talent Summit, as well as other events throughout the year.

I enjoy working collaboratively across the business to create engaging content, support our consultants in building their profiles and ensure consistency across Sigmar’s marketing. Fluent in both French and English, I bring a proactive, personable approach to my work, with a strong emphasis on communication, creativity and building lasting relationships.
