About Your New Job

• As the Material Operations Team Leader, you will guide and inspire a skilled team, overseeing all aspects of material trading, procurement, and sales activities.
• You will be accountable for ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, achievement of performance targets, and fostering employee development through ongoing coaching and feedback.
• You will craft strategies to optimise material programs, identify new business opportunities, and report on team performance to senior management.
• Successful candidates will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across quality, finance, operations, sales, and global fulfilment.

What Skills You Need

• Third-level qualification in Business, Management, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in material management, trading, or a related function.
• In-depth understanding of aircraft maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) or similar complex technical sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel and attend industry events.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve challenges professionally under pressure.
