About Your New Job

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Develop strategies to build meaningful digital connections with consumers.
  • Implement and optimize online advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook, etc.) to enhance company and brand awareness.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns for diverse product portfolios and international markets.
  • Devise and execute effective SEO strategies.
  • Create online media to support websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee website and social media design/utilization projects.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed through corporate consistency projects.
  • Innovate and elevate marketing standards, leveraging PR and marketing opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends through research, attending industry events, and communication with sales teams and customers.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible marketing databases.
  • Handle budgeting, negotiation, and financial reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

What Skills You Need

  • Honours Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ digital marketing experience with hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Ecommerce background.
  • Experience with GA4, conversion optimization, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in a range of CMS, especially WordPress.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Industry knowledge in Agriculture, Material Handling, and/or Construction is a plus.
  • Strong IT capabilities (MS Platforms, CRM, ERP, Content Management Systems).
  • Project management experience.
  • Creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and prioritization expertise.
