About Your New Job

• As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring effective operation on alternating shifts.
• Organise and allocate daily work activities, setting clear priorities and supporting your team on the factory floor.
• Promote and enforce strict health & safety standards across all maintenance operations.
• Report on maintenance activities and provide clear communication between the production and maintenance departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and support efficient plant operations.
• Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership and fostering a strong team ethos.

What Skills You Need

• Previous experience in a Foreman or similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Qualified Electrician certification or Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitting qualification.
• Proven experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on technical ability (advantageous but not essential).
• Commitment to maintaining quality and health & safety standards.
