Maintenance Contracts Administrator, Dublin 22 - 5 days on site

  • One of Ireland’s leading Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Contracting Companies in Dublin who are established since 1999 with significant experience across various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Healthcare, and large Commercial Projects are now looking to recruit an Maintenance Contracts Administrator to support the team.

About Your New Job as a Maintenance Contracts Administrator;

  • Generates PPM contract renewals prior to expiration.
  • Conducts renewal meetings with Account Managers to confirm updates or changes to contracts.
  • Coordinates with clients by sending the finalised PPM renewal for approval.
  • Generates all PPM shifts and updates the Current Contracts Tracker with service codes and scheduled dates in the unassigned queue.
  • Monitors all PPM shifts for completion against the CCT and updates them as complete in real time.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to receive asset updates, completing PPM reports and update the CCT for upcoming renewals.
  • Generates and assigns maintenance processes for the office team.
  • Maintains and updates the Maintenance Process library as required.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • experience in construction or facilities maintenance environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated Individual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Packages, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (AFS an advantage)
