About Your New Job
- As the Letting Agent, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties using the Letman system, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants.
- You will organise property viewings, lease signings, inspections, inventories, and handle advertising for available homes.
- You will vet prospective tenants, manage references, obtain landlord approvals, and coordinate all aspects of the letting process from enquiry to move-in.
- You will liaise with contractors for property maintenance and ensure the timely completion and quality of works.
- You will monitor rent payments, address arrears, prepare statutory notices as per the Residential Tenancies Acts, and ensure all compliance documentation is up-to-date.
- You will conduct routine and final inspections, oversee property handovers, and manage preparation of residences for re-letting.
- You will assist in developing new business opportunities to grow the property portfolio.
What Skills You Need
- Current Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) Licence – essential.
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Acts and RTB procedures.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new property management and compliance systems.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
