About Your New Job

As a Junior Site Manager, you will support the delivery of interior fit-out projects from start to completion. Working closely with senior site managers and project teams, you will gain exposure to all aspects of site operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of site activities
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on schedule
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
  • Supporting quality control and ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Helping manage materials, deliveries, and logistics
  • Reporting progress to senior management

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in site management within the fit-out sector.

What You Will Need

  • A relevant construction qualification (or working towards one)
  • 2- 5 years site experience (placement, internship, or trade background is beneficial)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
