About Your New Job
- As a Junior HSQE Advisor, you will promote a positive health and safety culture across multiple Civil and Utilities projects in the South East region.
- You’ll implement and monitor company HSQE policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
- Your role will include conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, as well as delivering toolbox talks, coaching, and training to staff and contractors.
- Maintain accurate HSQE records using our online EHS system, and advise site teams and management on best practices and improvements.
- This is a key position within our Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental team, offering significant responsibility and scope for professional advancement.
What Skills You Need
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar HSQE role
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety (or related field)
- Construction sector experience essential; utilities background a strong advantage
- Knowledge of HSQE regulations, ISO standards, and best practice
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Full, valid Irish driver’s licence
