About Your New Job

  • As the IT Program Manager, you will drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, partnering with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and product teams.
  • You will coordinate technical delivery and manage dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery quality across program lifecycles.
  • You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and the Business Program Manager, providing technical insights and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
  • You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, promote modern development best practices, coach teams on delivery flow, and champion a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

What Skills You Need

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management within technology organizations.
  • Proven expertise managing complex initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving delivery without formal authority.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
