I am an IT Contract Recruitment Resourcer working with the Dublin IT Contract team at Sigmar Recruitment. I have two years of recruitment experience, primarily within the IT sector.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (2015) and an MBA in Human Resources (2018), which gives me a strong technical foundation alongside a solid understanding of people and business needs.

I specialise in IT recruitment across areas such as software development, data engineering, programme management, DevOps, and artificial intelligence, as well as a wide range of other technical disciplines. I have recruited across multiple sectors including fintech, cybersecurity, investment banking, and consulting.

I place a strong emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience throughout the recruitment process. I take a proactive and detail-focused approach to my work, with the aim of delivering the right outcomes for both clients and candidates.
