Operating for several decades, the company provides a full turnkey service from design through to manufacture and installation, supported by modern production facilities and experienced teams. They have a proven track record in delivering architecturally significant and large-scale projects.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced professional to join their team.
About Your New Job as a HSE Advisor
- As the HSE Advisor, you will support the implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental policies across manufacturing and construction sites.
- You will work closely with management and workforce teams to proactively manage risks and foster a safety-first culture.
- Key duties include conducting site inspections and audits, advising on legal compliance, reporting and investigating incidents, contributing to ISO 14001/45001 audits, and delivering specialist HSE training and support.
What Skills You Need for this HSE Advisor
- Proven experience in HSE within manufacturing and/or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of Irish environment, health & safety legislation.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent recognised qualification) and a training course for trainers.
- Excellent communication, influencing and risk management skills; ability to work independently and proactively.
- (Desirable) NEBOSH Construction Certificate and ISO 45001/14001 auditing experience
