About Your New Job
- As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant legislation and company standards across multiple residential developments.
- You will advise site management on all Health & Safety issues, undertake regular site inspections, and conduct audits and risk assessments.
- You’ll be responsible for delivering training and fostering a proactive safety culture, reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager.
- You’ll actively contribute to incident investigations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in Health & Safety within residential construction is required.
- Full clean Driver Licence as occasional travel to sites within Dublin.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and influence best practice across site teams.
