Our client is seeking an organised and delivery-focused HR Systems Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of digital and AI solutions within the HR function.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to projects that improve HR processes, technology and employee experiences. You will work closely with HR, IT and delivery partners in a collaborative, project-focused environment.
About Your New Job
As an HR Systems Specialist, you will coordinate HR digital and AI projects from initial planning through to implementation and user adoption.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating HR, IT and external delivery partners to implement digital and AI solutions.
- Translating business needs into clear requirements, prioritised backlogs and acceptance criteria.
- Establishing consistent delivery workflows, including templates, responsibilities and approval checkpoints.
- Tracking project timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinating testing, launch readiness and required compliance reviews.
- Supporting user adoption and gathering feedback after implementation.
- Using business results and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements.
This is an individual contributor role focused on project delivery, business requirements and stakeholder coordination. It does not involve AI development or people management.
What Skills You Need
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no previous experience required.
- Practical experience in digital project delivery, product management or business analysis.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies and risks.
- Experience with HR technology, agile delivery methods or AI tools would be advantageous.
