About Your New Job
As the HR Operations Lead, you will spearhead HR initiatives that align talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring best-in-class people operations across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust HR programs, guiding both operational and strategic projects at local and international levels.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management, advising on organisational needs, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administration such as onboarding, benefits, and compliance, driving continuous process improvements.
- Manage the global payroll process and reporting.
- Lead engagement, development, and change initiatives to foster high-performing, resilient teams.
- Optimise HR information systems, processes, performance management, and data analytics to enable informed decision-making.
- Ensure all people practices are effective, scalable, and compliant with all applicable regulations globally.
- Manage sensitive workplace matters with professionalism, promoting a respectful and inclusive culture.
- Participate in and drive multi-disciplinary HR projects, adopting an agile and people-centric approach.
- Advocate for a culture of safety, inclusion, and innovation, continuously enhancing the employee experience.
- Reporting to the HR Director.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR operations or business partnering capacity within fast-moving, technology-driven or international environments.
- Demonstrated strength in building partnerships, managing employee relations, and overseeing talent initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, benefits, compliance, and process design, with strong project management capabilities.
- Advanced skills in HR systems (preferably Sage People or similar) and confident with reporting and data-driven workflows.
- Organised, effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- Track record of making sound decisions backed by analysis, feedback, and a pragmatic approach.
- High levels of personal and professional integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent HR qualification) required.
- Knowledge of cross-border employment laws and experience working with culturally diverse teams is a plus.
