HR Operations Generalist
This is a permanent, on-site HR role, reporting into the Operations Director.
About The Company
This is a global company with a small team (approximately 80) in East Galway City. They are going through an exciting period of expansion and are now seeking a HR Operations Generalist. This is a new role to the business.
The Work
As an HR Operations Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging this client's varied business units. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will:
- Departmental Advisory & Managerial Coaching: Provide daily support to Managers, ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
- Performance Management & Appraisals: Oversee annual performance reviews, synthesizing insights for senior leadership.
- Contract Lifecycle & Onboarding: Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor organizational health and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures with confidentiality and compliance.
- Learning & Development Administration: Support L&D initiatives by maintaining training records and schedules.
The Person
We seek a candidate with:
- Educational Background: Formal HR qualification, such as a degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD accreditation.
- Professional Experience: Mid-level experience handling confidential information and operational tasks.
- Communication & Intellect: Ability to engage in high-level discussions on productivity and employee sentiment.
- Strategic Proximity: Visibility and accessibility to managers while maintaining HR authority.
