HR Generalist
Location: County Clare
Type of contract: 12 month Maternity contract with the potential to move into another role beyond the 12 months
The HR Team: You will be joining a HR team of 6 people including a HR Director, a HRBP and another HR Generalist.
Hybrid working: One day per week from home

About Your New Job
As the HR Generalist, you will:
- Deliver core HR services and provide day-to-day support to management and employees.
- Lead company induction and onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Advise and support managers on best practice, meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Support the development, update, and communication of HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and support audit requirements.
- Manage HR data on the Oracle system and support payroll administration.
- Resolve employee HR and payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Contribute to HR projects, including process improvement and risk management.
- Support the Clockwise Time and Attendance system, including roster design and output.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related discipline (desirable).
- CIPD accreditation (or working towards).
- 3–4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Experience with a major HRIS platform.
- Advanced IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Suite.
- Project management planning and execution experience.
