About Your New Job

  • As the HR Generalist, you will manage day-to-day HR operations for our Ireland and UK business, with opportunities to gain exposure to additional regions as the organisation continues to expand.
  • As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will play a critical role in supporting employee needs, maintaining accurate HR records, and facilitating continuous HR improvement projects.
  • You will support a broad spectrum of HR activities, including operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and HR system operations.
  • You will be a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring HR processes run efficiently and promoting a compliant, high-performing workplace culture.

 

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist function.
  • Effective working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to administer benefits, collaborate with payroll, and handle sensitive employee matters confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
