HR Business Partner

This is a maternity cover contract for 11 months. The first 3 months will be based on site and the role will then become hybrid working of one day per week from home.

About Your New Job

  • HR Operations & Systems: Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), produce HR reports, and maintain personnel files in compliance with GDPR and company standards.
  • Employee Relations & Case Management: Lead end-to-end employee relations case management, provide advice to managers, and support investigations, hearings, and appeals.
  • Payroll & Reward Support: Act as the HR payroll expert, manage payroll-related queries, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Performance Management & Engagement: Support performance management processes, coach managers, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Business Partnering & Line Support: Partner with line managers on people-related activities, provide guidance on various HR matters, and support change initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Talent Support: Support the recruitment process, liaise with external providers, and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment law, support policy development, and assist with audits.
  • HR & Company Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to HR and company projects, champion company values, and promote a positive workplace culture.

What Skills You Need

  • 5 years’ relevant experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally within manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Level 7/8 qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
  • Proven experience managing employee relations cases end to end.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and payroll-related queries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
