12 month Maternity Contract
6 months on site and then reverting to hybrid working

About Your New HR BP Job:

  • You'll develop effective partnerships across the business and with the leadership team to ensure HR policy compliance.
  • Deliver guidance to people Managers.
  • Provide HR services to over 400 employees, supporting both Shannon and Dublin entities.
  • Contribute to achieving annual strategic goals and HR initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports on HR, payroll, and L&D.
  • Lead efforts to promote positive employee and industrial relations and resolve complex issues and grievances.
  • Focus on employee retention, engagement, performance management, compliance, and headcount planning.
  • Analyse HR data to highlight trends and recommend improvements.
  • Adapt and implement new HR processes as needed and provide compliance guidance.
  • Support workforce planning and coordinate recruitment needs.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Management.

What Skills You Need for this Job:

  • Proven capacity to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
  • Minimum CIPD and a third-level qualification in HR or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee representative groups.
  • Great leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High proficiency with IT systems and HR technologies.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across all company levels.
