About Your New Job
- As the HR BP / Site Lead, you will play a key role in both operational HR and strategic projects, reporting directly to the Operations Director and working closely with regional HR leadership.
- You will support and develop the HR Generalist and HR Administrator (part time), manage all on-site HR activities, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads.
- Drive HR strategy and process improvement, focusing on upskilling managers, building a professional work environment, and leading the transition towards more structured HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee key HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, and payroll (in collaboration with finance).
- Play a central role as a change agent supporting a rapidly growing site, empowering staff, and fostering a supportive culture during a period of positive change.
What Skills You Need
- 8-10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR strategy development.
- Demonstrated operational/leadership HR experience, ideally in a company of approximately 200-300 employees.
- Experience managing or mentoring small teams; ability to lead through change and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and proven track record in policy implementation, training, and people development.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
