- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including induction coordination and preparation of new starter documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, absences, and other HR documentation
- Carry out a wide range of HR administrative duties, including report preparation, form completion, leave administration, filing, and health insurance-related tasks
- Manage and distribute the company newsletter and internal HR communications.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your manager
What Skills You Need
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar related discipline would be an advantage
- Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Teamwork engagement while also working on your initiative
- Multitask and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of and understanding of Irish HR laws, processes and procedures relating to staff, employee relations etc.
