HR Assistant – Med Device, Hybrid working
Location: Galway City - Parkmore
Type of contract: 3 month fixed term contract
WFH or Hybrid: This role will be on-site 5 days per week and will possibly revert to one day WFH once this new starter is up to speed.
Salary: Up to 33k, depending on experience

About Your New HR Job
You will be providing HR Administration support in the following areas:
Contracts of employment for production operators.
Organising Induction bags.
Setting up new hires on the system.
Employee filing
Managing the HR Inbox i.e. reference letters, salary certs, benefit sign up etc
Invoices
What Skills/Experience You Need
- A minimum of 1 year within a similar HR working environment.
- Strong office and organizational skills.
- A degree in HR or a similar discipline.
