Health & Safety Advisor - Dublin 12 (Office-based role with approximately 70% office work and site travel as required)

They are now looking to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in Dublin 12

About Your New Job as a Health & Safety Advisor

• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and relevant legislation.
• Conduct site audits and inspections for safety adherence.
• Investigate accidents, perform root cause analysis, and reduce accident statistics.
• Develop and implement behavioural safety policies and training.
• Manage safety documentation and review Safe Work Plans (SWPs).
• Support tender processes and submit Health & Safety documentation.
• Coordinate safety training, workshops, and briefings.
• Liaise with HSA Executives and Statutory Bodies.
• Integrate health and safety considerations in project planning.

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years' experience in health and safety within Manufacturing, Construction, or similar environments.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification (Level 7 or higher).
• Knowledge of Irish & UK construction and Fitout safety legislation.
• Proven senior Health & Safety role experience in Fitout or construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• QQI Manual Handling Instructor certification (advantageous).
• Occupational First Aid certification (desirable).
• Full driving licence with regular travel.
